These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LOF Skateboarding website and services. By accessing the website, placing an order, joining our email list, or submitting a sponsorship application, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to make a purchase. Anyone under the age of majority must use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Sponsorship submissions from anyone under 18 require parent or guardian permission.

We work to display products, colors, descriptions, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and production variations can affect appearance. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by an error or unavailable item. If a paid order is canceled, the affected amount will be refunded.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, payment problems, or violations of these terms. You represent that the payment and order information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, which are incorporated into these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

The LOF name, Leap of Faith Skateboarding name, logos, artwork, product designs, photographs, text, videos, site design, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to LOF and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

You keep ownership of original content you submit. By providing a video link, social profile, story, feedback, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and allow LOF to review it for the purpose submitted. A submission does not guarantee sponsorship, compensation, products, publication, or a response. LOF will obtain additional permission before using a submitted skater’s likeness or original footage in public marketing unless the content is reshared through functionality provided by the social platform.

You may not misuse the website; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; submit false, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content; scrape the site for commercial use; impersonate another person; or use LOF branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation.

The website may link to or use services operated by payment processors, carriers, social networks, and video platforms. LOF does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, or practices.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOF disclaims implied warranties regarding the website itself. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
